My biggest pet peeve is tardiness, the employee has never been late, always early. She's very flexible with her schedule, thankfully, because right now, that's the nature of the business. She's very dependable and very very intelligent. It is so refreshing not to have to explain every little detail. She brings loads of common sense to the position. She only needs to be shown one time and she off.....She is so well rounded and will jump in to assist me with any detail. I will never give her back, I love her to pieces. She puts all of my previous employees to shame in every way. I am tickled pink to have her. Thank you Beth and the staff of Encadria. She literally belongs here!
