Vacation Pay and Holiday Bonus Requirement Changes Effective 05/01/09
Effective May 1, 2009, changes will be made to the vacation bonus and holiday pay requirements of the Encadria Staffing Solutions employee benefits plans:
Vacation Bonus
Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for the annual vacation bonus, an employee must work as an Encadria Staffing Solutions employee for 1500 hours within a rolling 52-week period (a look back at the past 52 weeks from any given date).
Holiday Pay
Eligibility Requirement: To qualify, an employee must work as an Encadria Staffing Solutions employee for 1500 hours within the 52 weeks prior to the holiday and work at least 24 hours the week of the holiday. The holiday must fall on a regularly scheduled work day.
