Encadria Staffing Solutions Expands

Expansion plans have been announced for Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC to open new offices in South Carolina, California and Texas.    A new partnership has also been formed in Leominster, MA, with intentions of opening an office in mid to late 2010.    

In South Carolina, Encadria will primarily support the Georgia-Pacific Dixie Consumer Products Facility in Darlington.  An Encadria branch office will open in Florence, SC, and an Encadria On-site Manager placed within the Dixie Facility in early January.  The 125+ temporary employees currently working at the Dixie Facility will be converted to Encadria Staffing Solutions on February 1, 2010.   General Manager, Eddie Ray, said that “we are very excited about this new opportunity and look forward to a great partnership with the Darlington Dixie Facility.    I can’t wait for them to see the Encadria Edge.”

In California and Texas, Encadria will primarily support the Georgia-Pacific RPC (reusable plastic container ) LLC Facilities.  Encadria On-site Managers will be in place in King City, CA and Garland, TX in late January.   The 120+ temporary employees currently working within the two facilities will be converted to Encadria Staffing Solutions.   Dan Butler, Plant Manager of the Memphis, TN, RPC Facility said “that after 3 successful years of Encadria being on-site within the GP RPC Facility in Memphis, it only made sense that we would duplicate that partnership in the California and Texas facilities.”

In November Encadria Staffing Solutions became a strategic staffing partner with the Georgia-Pacific Dixie Cutlery Facility in Leominster, MA.   Members of the Encadria staff interviewed 90+ applicants at the Leominster facility and placed 24 long term temporary employees the following week.   Pending economic conditions and stabilized usage, Encadria intends to open an on-site office in mid to late 2010.   “This was an out-of-the-box solution for a customer’s need.   The new approach was a huge success, so we’ll continue in the same manner until it’s financially sound for both parties for Encadria to be on-site at the Leominster, MA facility.   At Encadria, we’re all about flexibility,” said Sue Strong-Gossage, Co-Manager of Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC.
