Benefit Enrollment
Encadria Staffing Solutions offers employees the option of enrolling in "Benefits in a Card", a mini-medical health insurance plan, designed specifically for the staffing industry and backed by Allstate Financial.
Available coverage includes:
- Medical
- Dental
- Disability
- Level Term Life Insurance
- Vision
New Employees (within first 30 days of employment):
Click here to enroll. You will be taken to the Benefits in a Card website. Premiums will be payroll deducted. Your first deduction may take two to three weeks from the time you are actively employed. For questions, you may contact Benefits in a Card at 1-800-497-4856.
For employees having worked more than 30 days OR employees wishing to make changes to their current insurance, Benefits in a Card provides a yearly "open enrollment". Contact Benefits in a Card at 1-800-497-4856 for questions on open enrollment. |
